We’ve earned a reputation at various lake properties, and we appreciate it! We’ve done a few projects, from Lake Panorama in Panora, Iowa, to a new home built at Sun Valley Lake in Elliston, IA. While both are very different in locations, we’d like to tell you more about the services we provide around central Iowa. We provided these owners with new siding and, while we were there, added some touches that helped them enjoy their space without feeling seen from all angles. A cedar privacy panel on the outside offered a simple but functional aspect to help them provide a warm element that compliments their new exterior look.

It is another beautiful place to be, and we were lucky enough to build a custom home for Brad and Claire W.’s family, making life on the lake the go-to place for years to come. Working with our clients on designing and building this home was a pleasure. When we build new homes, we work with each client to include unique components that just can’t be done if you build with a traditional builder. We listen to our clients to understand who will be living in the space and how they want to live, and we work with top furnishing providers in the area to showcase elements like tile, brickwork, countertops, and cabinets.
